Tourist  Visa

Once they are older than 18 they will not be able to move with you to your new country. It is best to complete the process while they are young.

There are also the marriage registration documents and those of the children or step-child you are taking with you. These can be complicated if your Thai wife was divorced and there is a child custody agreement in place.

Unlike those with a fiancee visa, those on a marriage visa application tend to be ex-pats. Most times they will return to the US, UK, or Australia first and organize employment and accommodation. Then return and start the process move back home.
