Notification of Stay TM30

If you are sending it by registered mail then you have to send a self-addressed envelope with a 10 THB postage stamp on it so they can mail your notification back. Also complete the TM30 form and add this to the envelope as well. There are two sheets to the form. The first sheet is your details and the second sheet is that of the foreigner.

• – Name, middle name and surname of the foreigner
• – Passport number
• – Entry card no (TM6 Card)
• – Arrival date when entering Thailand

If you are doing this via the internet. You will first need to register your residence. You can find this at www.immigration.go.th you can download the needed forms from there under TM30. the

If you have a hotel or have foreigners living with you as the owner of the house or apartment. You have to report their stay with you in Thailand. This has to be done within 24 hours of their arrival. Normally you will now do this online but it can still be done in person. If there is no immigration office, then it needs to be reported to the local police.

If it is a hotel then it needs to be licensed accordingly. The rental apartment or any apartment or house has to complete this notification. If it is in Bangkok then it has to be reported to Thai immigration in Bangkok in Laksi. Notification can be done by mail, in person or visa the immigration online portal.

If you are reporting it in person, then you can drop this off at the residence notification service box (TM.30) at the provincial immigration office. See below what is needed with this notification.
