Required Documents:

 
The following documents will need to be shown for your visa as a couple:
 
• – Your partner must have a passport or valid travel documents.
• – Likewise you will need to prove a relationship, such as:
• – You marriage or civil partnership certificate where you got married
• – Likewise an evidence of cohabitation such as utility bills or lease agreements
• – Additionally photographs together.

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Firstly you as the sponsor will need the requirements for the visa.

2. Secondly, as a couple you must prove your intent to get married in the UK within 6 months of arrival of your fiancee.

2. Lastly there also need to completion of the financial and English language requirements. These requirements are identical to the UK family visa.

 

Required Documents:

These would become of the documents required for the fiancée visa.

Your partner will need to show their Thai passport or travel documents.

Likewise as a couple you will need to show your evidence of a proper relationship. As explained above you will need to have engagement photos or other photo’s that you have together. Any letters or message that you might have sent, to each other. These can also include DM’s from Facebook or emails. Photos together where you have travelled too.

Lastly there are also the financial evidence which you will need to show to show that you meet the income threshold for this visa. Likewise you need to have a roof over your head and will not resort to the welfare system. You can have £62,500 in savings or an income of £18,600 per year. Note that for any dependent children its is an additional income of +£3,800 for the first child as well as +£2,400 per additional child.

Complete the application form and pay the visa application fee.
