Ms. Chonticha holds a support function in the Foreign Visa section of our firm. She works with the foreign visa specialist by liaising to the Thai visa applicant, explaining to him/her the process and requirements of the visa application in Thai language.
She also personally assists the client with the submission of the visa application (if personal appearance of the applicant is required by the embassy) and for the police clearance application and medical checkup.
With her extensive background in customer service prior to joining our firm, Ms. Chonticha is always professional and friendly to the clients she’s assigned to attend to. She always treats them with respect and courtesy.
